The YI Scholars undergraduate fellowship program is a collaboration between Young Invincibles and the Cognosante Foundation, the charitable arm of Cognosante, pioneers in health IT solutions. The YI Scholars program offers first-generation college students the opportunity to join the Young Invincibles team in working on today’s most pressing economic issues facing young adults. Scholars serve as integral members of Young Invincibles and YI Advisors departments for the 10-week paid program, helping to support research projects, policy initiatives, digital and traditional media strategies, on-the-ground organizing, issue advocacy campaigns, consulting, and beyond. During the course of the summer, YI Scholars build a range of skills related to research and public policy, communications, community organizing, and business.

In Summer 2017, YI looks forward to hosting its third group of ten scholars in our Austin, D.C., Los Angeles, and Chicago offices.
