U.S. News & World Report: Obama Administration Seeks Input on College Ratings Draft

“Nearly a year and a half after President Barack Obama tasked his administration with developing a system to rate colleges based on access, affordability and quality, a draft of the proposal was unveiled Friday morning. Rather than a fully developed rating of colleges – which is expected to come by the 2015-2016 school year – the Department of Education released a description of different types of metrics it is considering using to evaluate schools, and is asking stakeholders to weigh in on which ones it should focus on and how much weight should be given to each measure.” Read more here.
