[SACRAMENTO, CA] – On at 6:00 pm PST, Young Invincibles (YI) and AARP will host an intergenerational Town Hall meeting in Sacramento to discuss the expansion of dependent coverage to age 26 in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The town hall will also launch Getting Covered, a campaign that will promote the dependent coverage provision and inform young adults and families how they can access the benefit. 8.8 million young Americans between the ages of 19 to 25 are currently uninsured.
