“On the first day of the second year of the Affordable Care Act’s state insurance marketplaces, enrollment proceeded smoothly, according to local event organizers. At the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton, Gaylene Kanoyton, head of the advocacy group Celebrate Healthcare, reported attendance around 200, with everyone “ready to enroll” as well as some who enrolled last year who wanted to update their profiles for 2015 coverage.” Read more here.
