Today, Young Invincibles’ Executive Director, Aaron Smith, issued the following statement in response to President Obama’s release of the 2013 budget:
“We support the steps President Obama is taking toward ensuring affordable college and increased job opportunities for young adults across the country,” said Executive Director Aaron Smith. “The President’s budget initiatives in funding Pell Grants, creation of a Race to the Top for College Affordability and Completion, as well as suspending an increase in student loan interest rates, will help make college more accessible for young Americans.”
