The Work-Study Dilemma: Is The Money Worth The Time?

“Research into the federal work-study program is sparse. Reid Setzer, a policy and legislative affairs analyst who conducted a one of the few studies on the program for advocacy group Young Invincibles, qualified his findings by saying ‘we don’t know a lot.’ This is because the last time the government published a survey of work-study students was in 2000, with data collected in 1998. ‘For whatever reason, people just don’t think about it, which maybe is a credit to its existence,’ says Setzer.” Read more at Forbes by clicking here.
