Staying on your Parent’s Plan

Thanks to the new health care law, young adults (and their parents) will soon benefit from a provision allowing children to stay on their parent’s plan until their 26th birthday.  This rule alone is expected to cover an additional 2 million uninsured young Americans, not including the young people who will graduate from college or high school over the next few years.  To help people understand the new dependent coverage rules, YI has put together a long list of Frequently Asked Questions.  Check them out.
